On Saturday 19th October the inaugural Flour Market will bring together Melbourne’s most exciting, emerging, newly established, artisan and underground bakers. Curated by Everyday Coffee and corralled by Open Season and Magic Johnston, Flour Market is a spring bake sale unlike any other. Croissants, cakes, cookies, bread, babka, brownies, bagels, doughnuts, pies and more will be on offer from a selection of specialists in their field including: Lune, 5 and Dime, Matt Forbes, Tivoli Road. All of the above can be washed down with cool milk shakes and spiders from The Open Season Milk Bar or a hot (or cold) cuppa joe from Everyday Coffee.
